Indian River Road and Kempsville Road Pipeline Replacement Project (AT-108)

HRSD is undertaking a major project to replace approximately 2,600 linear feet of pipeline in Indian River Road from the intersection of Lila Lane and Indian River Road to the Ferrell Parkway and Indian River Road split. The work will also include approximately 900 linear feet of pipeline along Kempsville Road from the intersection of Canterford Lane and Kempsville Road to the intersection of Indian River Road and Kempsville Road. We've created this web site to provide current information about the project and its benefits. We will update and expand the content as the project progresses.

PROJECT NEWS: July 22, 2010

HRSD’s project to replace pipelines in the intersection of Indian River Road and Kempsville Road, which began in May, is now requiring around the clock construction. The most current traffic advisory can be accessed by clicking the link above.
