Kiln Creek (YR-104) - Route 171 (YR-108) Pipeline Project


HRSD is undertaking a major project to construct approximately six miles of pipelines from the Kiln Creek area of York County to the Wythe Creek area of Poquoson. The work also includes pipelines between Victory Boulevard and Yorktown Road and between Tabb Middle School and Route 134. We've created this web site to provide current information about the project and its benefits. We will update and expand the content as the project progresses.
