Project Overview HRSD is undertaking a major project to construct approximately six miles of pipelines from the Kiln Creek area of York County to the Wythe Creek area of Poquoson. The work also includes pipelines between Victory Boulevard and Yorktown Road and between Tabb Middle School and Route 134. These new underground pipelines are needed to convey the wastewater generated by area homes and businesses to HRSD treatment plants. The new pipelines will replace aging portions of the existing system and will improve system operations. The Frequently Asked Questions page provides more information about the project.
