HRSD is undertaking a major project to replace and relocate three miles of the South Trunk Sewers Section B & C (VIP-131, VIP-138 and VIP-146) located in the Young Terrace, Ghent and West Ghent areas of Norfolk. We've created this web site to provide current information about the project and its benefits. We will update and expand the content as the project progresses.
