Mr. M'Coy has more than 20 years of experience in wastewater engineering. He has a broad range of experience in the design of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities. His responsibilities have included wastewater treatability pilot-scale investigations using biological nutrient removal (BNR) technologies and other advanced treatment methods.
Mr. M’Coy has performed and managed a number of detailed designs for wastewater treatment facility expansions and upgrades. He has extensive expertise in water and wastewater residuals dewatering and has managed a number of projects that involve the pilot testing, evaluation, and design of polymer conditioned dewatering facilities. He has also performed toxicity-reduction evaluations, facility planning, cost and user rate analysis, and construction administration |
