Atlantic Treatment Plant (AT-104-3) Expansion

We invite you to view a video about the Atlantic Treatment Plant Expansion Project, which was completed in 2010.  The new facilities constructed as part of this project included a Preliminary Treatment Facility, Primary Clarifiers, Aeration Tanks, Blower and Electrical Building, Secondary Clarifiers, Return Activated Solids Pump Station, Chlorine Contact Tanks, Odor Control Stations C and D, Acid Phase Digester and Control Building, Dewatering Building, Plant Drain Pump Station and biosolids storage pad.  Pizzagalli Construction Company was the contractor for this project and HDR, Inc., which produced the video in partnership with HRSD, was the design engineering firm.
