Customer Inquiries SPECIAL NOTE: HRSD has implemented a new billing system, which required us to assign new account numbers to our customers. Please check your current bill for your NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER. This is the number you should use when making electronic payments or inquiring about your account. We apologize for any inconveniences caused by the launching of our new system. These include delays in sending some bills and an inability to draft some AutoPay accounts. We now ask that all AutoPay customers make their payments on our Web site or by mail. Any late fees or finance charges incurred due to delayed drafts will be waived. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we implement our new system. If you have questions regarding your account we suggest you send an e-mail to customerinquiry@hrsd.com. If you prefer to telephone, the best times are Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., when our call volume is typically lower. We deeply regret that some customers may experience difficulties in reaching us due to our high call volume. Customer Inquiries Representatives from Customer Information Services are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. HRSD offices are closed on state holidays.
