Hazen and Sawyer Project Manager

James A. Cramer, P.E.
James A. Cramer, P.E.

Mr. Cramer is one of Hazen and Sawyer's most senior wastewater treatment plant experts. As Hazen and Sawyer's project manager, he will be responsible for directing the consultants' efforts in the Preliminary Engineering Report and the final design.

Jim has a B.S. in civil engineering and a master's degree in sanitary engineering. He has over 23 years of engineering experience and has been project manager for several treatment plant projects. Recently, Jim served as project manager for HRSD's expansion of the Nansemond Treatment Plant.
