HRSD Project Manager

John B. Swann, AIA
 

As manager of the Chesapeake-Elizabeth Treatment Plant Improvement Project, John Swann oversees the work of the engineering design and construction firms selected to accomplish the project.

Mr. Swann brings more than 30 years of experience to this job. He has been involved in many projects that require the integration of his expertise in architecture, engineering, construction, and administration. He holds a bachelor of architecture degree from Virginia Tech and has been a project manager in HRSD's Design and Construction Division for 13 years.
