James B. Ewing, P.E.

McKim & Creed’s program manager, James B. Ewing, Jr., P.E., has 10 years of experience in the Civil Engineering profession. Mr. Ewing’s design experience includes hundreds of miles of potable water and sanitary sewer utilities, a wastewater treatment facility, sanitary sewer pump station rehabilitation and new design, sanitary sewer evaluation study and rehabilitation design, airport runway condition assessment, civil site work, and stormwater hydraulics and design. Jim holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Old Dominion University and an M.S. in environmental engineering.
