David Ervin has been a project manager with MEB General Contractors for 10 years and has been a vice president for the last two years. Mr. Ervin is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and brings to our firm knowledge of pump station renovations and treatment plant additions and renovations. Projects he has completed include the Appomattox River Water Authority Water Treatment Plant Expansion, the Craney Island Oily Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion, the Northwest River Water Treatment Plant Modifications and the Elizabeth City Water Treatment Plant Expansion. The CSO Retention Tunnel, Douglasdale Pumping Station improvements and the Storm Water Management Upgrade for Norfolk Southern Corporation are among his other projects.
