Engineering
Engineering Department
The Engineering Department is responsible for HRSD facility planning, design and construction.
- The Design and Construction Division manages projects
to ensure that contracted work is performed according to our quality
standards, fiscal policies, and environmental commitment.
- The Planning and Analysis Division manages the Capital Improvement Program, Geographical Information System (GIS), Data Analysis and Records Management System. The division evaluates the needs
of our service area and determines the new facilities needed to expand
services. Planning and Analysis projects future demand flows, service
area expansion, and potential HRSD opportunities by constantly communicating
with local municipal leaders and planners. The division is currently updating the GIS which will include mapping of HRSD's service area and show the location of existing and proposed facilities.
