HRSD Comprehensive Annual Financial Report 2007

The Finance Department ensures responsive customer service and a sound financial foundation. Divisions within the department include:

  • Accounting and Finance - responsible for financial affairs such as preparing statements, budgets, and management reports; insurance and employee payroll; accounts payable; and treasury functions.

  • Procurement - responsible for purchasing, renting, leasing, or otherwise acquiring goods and services. The Procurement Division also manages vendor relationships and the disposal of surplus property.
