Forms and Certificates
HRSD offers a variety of forms and certificates for our customers' convenience. Our staff will be pleased to provide the documents you need.
- Swimming Pools - You may click here to read the pool policy. Customers who wish to request a credit must complete a Pool Certification Form, which can be downloaded here.
- Submeter Credits - To set up your account for submeter credits, you may mail or fax a completed submeter credit form to HRSD or call Customer Information Services and provide the requested information to a representative. Please use the contact numbers listed at the end of this paragraph. Customers should report submeter readings immediately after receiving their HRSD/HRUBS bill to have the credit reflected on their next bill. You should submit your submeter readings at least annually and not more than monthly. You will lose your reduction in wastewater charges if you do not report your submeter readings within this timeframe. Please submit your name, submeter service location, meter reading, date of reading, meter number, and account number. This information can be faxed to (757) 464-9449 or e-mailed to billing@hrsd.com. Customers can also report by phone to (757) 460-2491 (Southside), (757) 877-2019 (Peninsula), or 1-888-ASK-HRUBS.
