Interceptors Engineered Connection

Project Initiation Form: Provides HRSD with general information concerning the nature, scope and contact persons for any project that may affect HRSD's interceptor system. The completed form can be emailed to the appropriate Interceptor Engineer listed at the top of the form.

Flow Certificate Application: Formal application used by HRSD's member jurisdictions to request certification of available capacity in the interceptor system for additional wastewater flow. The form must be submitted to HRSD in hardcopy with a signature by the jurisdiction's designated representative.

Tapping Contractor Application and Requirements: This form is for contractors who need to apply for permission to tap HRSD pipes. Once completed, the original signed application must be mailed to the appropriate Interceptor Engineer at HRSD.

All projects that use the typical connection notes and/or standard details, below, must still be submitted to HRSD for review and approval prior to plans completion.

Regional Sewage Flow Projection Data: Table of values for use in estimating projected wastewater flows in HRSD's service area. Sound engineering judgement must be used in all applications of these flow projection guidelines.
