A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS:
We apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced due to the implementation of a new billing system in July 2007.  These include delays in sending some bills.  Our customer service staff looks forward to assisting you if you have questions regarding your account.   We suggest you send an e-mail to customerinquiry@hrsd.com.  If you prefer to telephone, the best times are Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., when our call volume is typically lower. We deeply regret that some customers may experience difficulties in reaching us due to our high call volume.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to resolve billing system issues and work to improve our ability to serve you.
