Information Services

 

The Information Servcies Department ensures responsive customer service and maintains the computer and telecommunications systems. Divisions within the department include:

  • Customer Information Services - responds to customer inquiries, sends bills, and posts payments for more than 458,000 HRSD customers.

  • Information Technology - responsible for our computer and telecommunications systems.
