Tapping Contractor Application and Requirements (PDF Version) (Word Version): This form is for contractors who need to apply for permission to tap HRSD pipes. Once completed, the original signed application must be mailed to the appropriate Interceptor System Manager at HRSD.
All projects that use the typical connection notes, below, must still be submitted to HRSD for review and approval prior to plans completion.
Typical Connection Notes: A listing of HRSD standard connection notes, grouped by the type of applicable connection. Please use only the applicable group of notes, instead of the entire document, and read each note carefully to ensure applicability to any project on which they are used.
Conflict / Crossing / Close Proximity Notes: A list of notes that must be included on construction plans when proposed utilities cross or come in close proximity to HRSD infrastructure.
