HRSD Procurement Division Vendor Registration

Vendors can now register with HRSD's BuySpeed Online (BSO) e-Procurement Application.

Vendors who register with HRSD can:

• Register by completing an online application
• Maintain that application according to commodities and services offered
• View bid opportunities indexed by commodities and service
• Respond to bid opportunities online
• View purchase orders

The unique services offered by BSO accelerate routine business processes, expand buying opportunities and reduce overall costs. All of BSO's vendor functionality is free to all registered vendors.

Three Steps to Success!

1. Select the step-by-step instructions you will need to assist you:

2. Next, when you go to the Online Purchasing System:

• If you already have a password, enter your Login ID and Password
• If you are a new vendor, please read the "Disclaimer" and click on "Register"
• If you have forgotten your Login ID or Password, see Forgot Your Login ID or Password?
Please do not register again.
