Terms and Conditions for Enrollment - electronic payments from a financial institution:

The following terms and conditions apply to use of this service. After accepting these terms & conditions you will be directed to Bank of America, an HRSD/HRUBS business partner, to conduct your secure payment transaction. You will need to have your HRSD or HRUBS bill and your financial institution information available to complete the transaction.

DISCLAIMER:
By using the electronic payment service, I authorize HRSD / HRUBS to withdraw funds from the financial institution account that I have designated to pay the charges billed to my HRSD and/or HRUBS account. Furthermore, I affirm and attest to the fact that I am authorized to make withdrawals from this financial institution account. I understand and agree that HRSD / HRUBS is not liable for any mistake or failure of the financial institution to pay any funds to HRSD / HRUBS. I realize that any failure by the financial institution to pay my HRSD / HRUBS bill through this electronic payment service does not relieve me from the responsibility for payment of my bills.

I further understand that HRSD / HRUBS will not be responsible for any loss I may incur as a result of the misuse of my PIN or password, financial institution information, and HRSD or HRUBS account, either with or without my permission. I also understand I may not access anyone else's account, at any time, without the permission of the account holder. I agree that a returned payment fee of $25.00 will apply if the financial institution fails to honor or later voids an electronic payment transaction, and that I may not be allowed to use this service for one (1) year. HRSD and HRUBS reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this payment service. I am responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and my use of this payment service constitutes my agreement to abide by all such terms and conditions.
