This work should take place primarily between the hours o <strong>7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday–Friday</strong>.</p> <div class="box-border"> <h3>Construction Update:</h3> <ul><li> <p><strong>Beginning as early as June 1, 2026, sewer pipeline installation will occur on Holland Avenue between Norway Place and Huntington Crescent. </strong>Work on Huntington Crescent between Holland Road and Ashland Circle will also be occurring this summer.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Be aware that traffic patterns will shift and will include road closures and detours to through traffic. at the intersection of Newtown Road and Elam Avenue as part of the Newtown Road Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project. This work should take place primarily between the hours of <strong>7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday</strong>.</p> <div class="box-border"> <h3>Construction Update:</h3> <ul><li><strong>Beginning as early as December 29th, 2025, rehabilitation of the manhole near the corner of Newtown Road and Elam Avenue will begin. Once this rehabilitation work is complete, final site restoration of the project area will occur.</strong></li> <li><strong>Be aware, traffic patterns will shift and will include lane closures and detours. The road closure/detour will be in place 24 hours/day. Access to homes/businesses will be available. The map below shows the work zone and detour route.</strong></li> <li><strong>Driveway/Entrance access may be impacted for short periods of time due to construction activities. If access could be impacted, the contractor will notify you in advance to make arrangements.</strong></li> <li>This work will take place during the nighttime hours and within the right-of-way.</li> <li>This work should not affect your water or sewer services.</li> <li>This portion of the work is anticipated to be completed in 2 nights.
