Sanitary Sewer Pipeline Inspection and Maintenance
--Utility Work To Begin--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking a project to inspect and perform maintenance on the sanitary sewer piping between Lisa Square and Pipers Crescent. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. beginning as early as Tuesday, May 28th. This work can be weather and situation dependent and should not affect your water or sewer services.
Helpful Information:
- Beginning as early as May 28th, HRSD’s contractor will begin work in the grass area behind the apartments at 480 and 478 Lisa Square.
- Access entrances to businesses or residents’ homes will remain open during this work.
- This work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to minimize impacts during construction.
- To inspect the pipe, excavation will occur. This area will be surrounded by a fence for security/safety purposes until the inspection and maintenance is completed.
- This work is expected to be completed within 1-2 weeks with the contractor being on-site intermittently. Permanent restoration may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on weather impacts. Work is weather and situation dependent, and dates are subject to be extended.
While our project team works diligently to minimize impacts, you may notice increased noise, traffic, work crews and equipment (with back-up safety alarms) entering and exiting the site associated with this work. Please take care when traveling around the construction area and for your safety, do not enter the site.
Thank you for your support of this effort to help achieve HRSD's vision:
Our communities will have clean waterways and reliable water resources for generations to come.
