Right Lane Closure, Flagging Operation at Lucas Creek Road in Newport News for Construction Acitivty
NEWPORT NEWS – Motorists are advised that HRSD crews will be testing utilities on the corner of Lucas Creek Road and Old Lucas Creek Road. This work will require closure of the right northbound lane of Lucas Creek Road from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. beginning Tuesday, March 18 until Friday March 21. Residents, emergency responders, and school buses will have access to Old Lucas Creek Road with flaggers onsite to direct traffic.
This work is part of the Lucas Creek Pump Station Replacement project and is weather dependent and subject to change or require additional time. Please visit the Newsroom on HRSD.com for updates and schedules.
