Manhole Improvements - West Point
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking a project in your neighborhood to raise or replace the frames and covers of sewer manholes in the area. This effort will improve system reliability, enhance public safety, and reduce the potential for stormwater to enter the sanitary sewer. The answers to some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are provided on the back of this notice.
