Construction Update

• Beginning as early as August 17, contractors will begin setting up traffic control and sewer bypass piping along Cedar Lane from Peake Lane to Greenfield Drive. This bypass piping ensures that the neighborhood sewer service is not interrupted. Please see the Bypass Fact Sheet for more information.
• Be aware, traffic patterns will shift and will include a lane closure of the northbound lane on Cedar Lane. This single lane closure will extend from just south of Greenfield Drive to the current lane closure just south of West Norfolk Road. Access to homes/businesses will be available.
• Driveway/Entrance access may be impacted for short periods of time due to construction activities. If access could be impacted, the contractor will notify you in advance to make arrangements.
• This extended lane closure is expected to be in place through October. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent, and dates are subject to change or be extended.
• A separate notice will follow once excavation and pipe replacement is expected to occur.
