... or has been turned off you may use one of our online or IVR payment options. Payments must be made in full by 4:00 p.m.* to have water service turned on the same day. Payments received after 4:00 p.m. will be scheduled for water service turn-on no later than 5:00 p.m. the next business day. A responsible adult must be present at the property for turn-on. *NNWW customers will need to have payments made in full by 2:00 p.m. to have water service turned on the same day. For more information regarding locality disconnection policies contact your local water provider.*
