Call 1-844-257-6063 to make a payment using our interactive voice response system. You may use your checking or savings account; your debit or ATM card; or any Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. Please have your HRSD/HRUBS account number handy.
If your service is in danger of disconnection or has been turned off you may use one of our online or IVR automated payment options. Once your payment is complete please report your payment confirmation code by dialing 757-460-2491 and choosing option 1, or by e-mail at ask@hrsd.com. Upon receipt of your confirmation code, HRSD will confirm the payment made is what is required to restore service and generate the service restore field order.
