There is so much buzz and excitement around Christmas time, especially when it comes to Elf on the Shelf. Is your family team Elf on the Shelf?

At HRSD, we’re all about keeping our local waterways clean and ensuring future generations inherit clean waterways. What better way to bring up the conversation about wastewater and water quality than with an elf on the shelf?
