Sanitary Sewer Pipeline Inspection and Maintenance
--Utility Work to Occur--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking a project to inspect and perform maintenance on the sanitary sewer piping along Huxley Place between Winterhaven Drive and Alpine Street. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Construction Information:
- Beginning as early as August 18th, HRSD’s contractor will begin work in the vicinity of your property along Huxley Place between Winterhaven Drive and Alpine Street.

This work will require the closure of the southbound lane along Huxley Place. Traffic control measures will be in place to direct traffic around the work as required. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained.

Residents should avoid street parking on both sides of Huxley Place near the work zone. For more information, please refer to the map on the back of this notice.

This work is expected to be completed within 2 weeks with the contractor being on-site intermittently. Work is weather and situation dependent, and dates are subject to change or be extended.
While our project team works diligently to minimize impacts, you may notice increased noise, traffic, crews, and heavy equipment (with back-up safety alarms) associated with construction. Please take care when traveling around the construction area and for your safety, do not enter the site.
