NORFOLKHRSD recently received a P-1 rating by Moody’s Ratings (Moody’s) for its $350 million Extendable Commercial Paper (ECP) program. A P-1 rating is Moody’s highest short-term credit rating indicating HRSD’s superior ability to repay short-term obligations. Moody’s also reaffirmed their Aa1 rating on HRSD’S approximately $1.9 billion in debt outstanding.

S & P Global Ratings also assigned its highest short-term rating of A-1+ to HRSD’s ECP program and reaffirmed their existing AA+ rating.
