To enter your submeter reading please go to https://myaccount.hrsd.com/ and select Submit a Submeter Read. You will need your Account Number, Meter Number, meter read date and meter reading. Your meter number is located on your bill in the Account Detail section.

Yes. Commercial customers can submit their readings by visiting our customer portal at https://myaccount.hrsd.com/ and selecting Submit a Submeter Read.

Yes. If the Account and Meter numbers do not match exactly how they are displayed on the bill, you will receive an error to check your entry and retry.

You will receive a meter read entry confirmation number once successfully submitted.

HRSD does not service submeters, please contact a plumber for repairs or replacements. Residents/homeowners are responsible for any costs associated with submeter repairs or replacements.

Your wastewater treatment consumption is calculated by subtracting your submeter usage from your water meter usage. The resulting total is applied to the current HRSD Rate in accordance to the Rate Schedule. The Account Detail section on your bill displays the calculated HRSD charges and the submeter reading entered by the customer.
