Public participation and observation of all HRSD Commission and committee meetings is available in person, subject to space availability, or electronically.

Reservations are required to receive a link to the virtual meeting, address the Commission, submit written comments to be entered into the minutes.

Reservations must be submitted by noon one business day prior to the meeting.

Submit your reservation request by emailing the following information to commissionsecretary@hrsd.com:

• your name
• phone number
• email address
• date of meeting
• if you wish to observe the meeting virtually or in-person
• if you wish to address the Commission (comments limited to three minutes)
• if you wish to submit written comments to be entered into the minutes
• the topic you wish to address, if applicable

Agendas are posted three business days prior to each scheduled meeting.

Unless otherwise announced, the HRSD Commission meets at 9:00 a.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month, with the exception of November and December when the Commission meets on the third Tuesday.
