Public participation and observation of all HRSD Commission and committee meetings is available electronically due to space limitations.

Reservations are required to receive a link to the virtual meeting, address the Commission, submit written comments to be read into the minutes or to request accommodations to attend the meeting in-person.

Reservations must be submitted by noon one business day prior to the meeting.

Submit your reservation request by emailing the following information to commissionsecretary@hrsd.com:

• your name
• phone number
• email address
• date of meeting
• if you wish to observe the meeting virtually or in-person
• if you wish to address the Commission (comments limited to three minutes)
• if you wish to submit written comments to be read into the minutes
• the topic you wish to address, if applicable

Agendas are posted three business days prior to each scheduled meeting.

Unless otherwise announced, the HRSD Commission meets at 9:00 a.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month, with the exception of November and December when the Commission meets on the third Tuesday.
