HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to rehabilitate the sanitary sewer pump station on Thompson Avenue and rehabilitate existing sanitary sewer pipelines and manholes in the Town of West Point and the Town of Urbanna. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

--Demolition Work to Begin--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, in partnership with the City of Norfolk’s Department of Utilities will begin demolition work at 1101 Magnolia Avenue. This is part of the Larchmont Area Sanitary Sewer Improvements project, a strategic program to improve the sanitary sewer in the Larchmont-Edgewater community. The demolition work and clearing will make way for a new pump station. The construction phase for the entire project is scheduled for early 2024 – Summer 2027.
