SUBMITTALS

In an effort to respond to all requests in a timely fashion, at submittals - without exception - must be sent in to our office via email at developrequest@hrsd.com.

All requests are processed through our automated work order system. Our engineering technicians screen the requests for completeness and accuracy prior to assigning them to one of the Hydraulic Analysis Managers. Once a project has been assigned, subsequent work orders pertinent to the project shall be assigned to the same staff member until the review process is completed.
