--Road Closure at Great Bridge Boulevard & Neal Street--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to install a sanitary sewer pipeline at the intersection of Neal Street and Great Bridge Boulevard. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. The road closure/detour will be in place 24 hours/day.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will work to replace a sanitary sewer pipeline located along Mall Parkway (please see the map on the back of this notice). This work should take place primarily during daytime hours. Due to the nature of this upcoming work, some periods of 24/7 “around the clock” work may be required to install the utility pipeline.

This work should take place primarily during daytime hours. Due to the nature of this upcoming work, some periods of 24/7 “around the clock” work may be required to install the utility pipeline.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to install a sanitary sewer pipeline on Chesapeake Boulevard, starting at the intersection of Robin Hood Road and then continuing southwest towards Cromwell Drive. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Starting as early as January 25, 2024, and continuing through early February, our contractor, Precision Measurements, has been authorized to perform work on behalf of HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, and the City of Norfolk as part of the Larchmont Area Sanitary Sewer Improvements Program. This program will replace, upgrade, and relocate sanitary sewer pump stations and their connecting pipelines in the Larchmont-Edgewater community.
