VIRGINIA BEACH – HRSD Commissioners Michael E. Glenn of Norfolk and Willie Levenston, Jr. of Portsmouth have been reappointed by Governor Glenn Youngkin to each serve additional four-year terms on the eight-member HRSD Commission.
