HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to install a sanitary sewer pipeline within and adjacent to Emancipation Drive between William R. Harvey way and Shore Road. The work adjacent to Emancipation Drive should take place between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday – Friday. The work within Emancipation Drive should take place between the hours of 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday – Friday.

Project Overview
HAMPTON – Motorists are advised that HRSD crews will be installing sanitary sewer pipelines on Woodland Road between William R. Harvey Way and West County Street as part of the Phoebus Area Sanitary Sewer Extension project. During this work, motorists can expect to see Woodland Road reduced to one lane as indicated on the map below. This work is scheduled to begin as early as March 24 and is expected to remain in place through May.

This work should take place primarily between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday.
HAMPTON – Motorists are advised that HRSD crews will be installing sanitary sewer pipelines on Settlers Landing Road between the Hampton River and William R. Harvey Way as part of the Phoebus Area Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. During this work, one outside westbound lane of Settlers Landing Road will be closed as indicated on the map below. This work is scheduled to begin as early as January 23rd and is expected to remain in place through March.
