This work will mostly occur between the hours of 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday night - Friday morning due to City of Hampton permitting requirements associated with traffic control.

There is a possibility for some work to occur between 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday – Friday if it is necessary for work to occur in 2 lanes of traffic. Work occurring overnight will be minimized to the extent possible.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to install a sanitary sewer pipeline within Downes Street between S. Mallory Street and S. Willard Avenue. The work within Downes Street should take place between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday.
