HRSD Commissioners Rodriguez and Templeman Receive Reappointments
VIRGINIA BEACH -- HRSD Commission Chair Stephen C. Rodriguez of Chesapeake and Ann W. Templeman of Hampton have been reappointed by Governor Glenn Youngkin to each serve additional four-year terms on the eight-member HRSD Commission.
Mr. Rodgriguez was first appointed to the HRSD Commission in 2012, filling an unexpired term and begins his third full term on the Commission, serving as Commission Chair from 2022. Ms. Templeman previously served on the HRSD Commission from January 2017 until May 2019. She was again appointed in 2021, filling an unexpired term and enters her first full term.
The HRSD Commission meets monthly and sets policy, provides direction and approves the HRSD budget. Commission members reside in the localities comprising HRSD’s service area and serve four-year terms.
