CONSTRUCTION NOTICE CITY of WILLIAMSBURG February 2018

--Project Closeout Notification--

The contractor for HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, has completed the replacement pipeline installation project in your area.

As the newly installed pipeline is now in service, the contractor will begin the removal of portions of the old pipeline no longer being used. This work has been rescheduled from the originally planned timeframe of November. You may notice the contractor performing this work adjacent to your residence within the existing easement.

This work is to take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. This work can be weather and situation dependent. --Restoration Work to Begin--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, has completed the installation of a new sanitary sewer pipeline located along Elm Avenue from South Street to County Street. As part of the project, the contractor also successfully redirected two City of Portsmouth facilities (Neighborhood Facility Recreation Center and Portsmouth Community Library Museum) from the existing water line to an adjacent newer water line.
