VIRGINIA BEACH – Motorists are advised that HRSD is scheduled to perform overnight maintenance within portions of its sanitary sewer force main in the City of Norfolk this week as follows:

--Old Station to be Taken Out of Service--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to remove the old pump station built in the 1940s that is no longer in use.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE UPDATE CITY of SUFFOLK February/March 2018
--Daytime Work Hours Extended--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, continues work to upgrade its pump station located near the intersection of Bob White Lane and Shoulders Hill Road. This work is part of a federally mandated consent decree with a deadline of February 23, 2018. This work is situation and weather dependent and should not affect your water or sewer services.

VIRGINIA BEACH – Motorists are advised that HRSD will make repairs within portions of its sanitary sewer force main located in the intersection of Kempsville Road and Providence Road, Wednesday, April 11 from 8:30 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. Thursday, April 12.

VIRGINIA BEACH –Motorists are advised that HRSD will make repairs within portions of its sanitary sewer force main located in the intersection of Kempsville Road and Providence Road, Wednesday, March 28 from 8:30 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. Thursday, March 29.

--Project Closeout Notification--
The contractor for HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, has completed the replacement pipeline installation project in your area.
As the newly installed pipeline is now in service, the contractor will begin the removal of portions of the old pipeline no longer being used. This work has been rescheduled from the originally planned timeframe of November. You may notice the contractor performing this work adjacent to your residence within the existing easement.
