Construction Update:

• Beginning as early as mid-January, sanitary sewer pipeline installation will occur in the vicinity of your home/business on Bolling Avenue between Powhatan Avenue and Studeley Avenue.
• This work will take place during the daytime and within the right-of-way. Nighttime work is not anticipated, but if it needs to occur, the contractor will notify you in advance.
• Be aware, traffic patterns will shift and will include partial lane closures and detours to through traffic. Access to homes/businesses will be available, but street parking will not be available during this work.
• This work should not affect your water service. Sewer service may be affected if the sewer lateral to your property needs to be removed for service. If this needs to occur, the contractor will notify you beforehand so you can plan accordingly. Sewer service typically will be restored within several hours.
• This pipeline installation work is anticipated to be completed in 3 to 4 months. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change or be extended.
