HRSD has hundreds of contracts in place for construction, engineering, operations, lab services, information technology, and goods and services. Our Capital Improvement Program (CIP) addresses infrastructure expansions, repairs, and facilities upgrades as well as innovative processes for treating biosolids, and infrastructure improvements aimed at reducing the frequency and severity of sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs).
