Construction Update

• Beginning as early as July 20, 2026 sanitary sewer pipeline installation will occur in the vicinity of your home/business on N Shore Road between Shirland Avenue and Cortlandt Place.
• Be aware, traffic patterns will shift and will include lane closures and detours to through traffic. Access to homes/businesses will be available. Please see the map on the back of this notice for detour information.
• No street parking is permitted in the work zone.
• For residents within the work zone, the contractor will ensure your trash cans are made accessible for trash pickup.
• This work should not affect your water or sewer services.
• This portion of the work is anticipated to be completed in 1 to 2 months. Upon completion of this portion, temporary patches will be made, and final restoration will occur at the end of the entire project once the new pipeline has been tested.
• Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change or be extended.
• Additional construction notices will be distributed as construction moves from location to location.
