Construction Update:

• HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, began sanitary sewer pipeline installation in January 2025 in the vicinity of your residence on Bolling Avenue between Powhatan Avenue and Studeley Avenue.
• This is taking place primarily during the daytime between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday - Friday and within the right-of-way. Nighttime work is not anticipated, but if it needs to occur, the contractor will notify you in advance.
• Access to residences remains available, but street parking is not available during this work on Bolling Avenue between Studeley Avenue and Powhatan Avenue.
• This work should not affect your water service. Sewer service may be affected if the sewer lateral to your property needs to be removed for service. If this needs to occur, the contractor will notify you beforehand so you can plan accordingly. Sewer service typically will be restored within several hour.
• This pipeline installation work is tentatively set to complete by mid-May 2025. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change or be extended.
