Construction Update

• Beginning as early as July 16, 2026, the contractor will begin setting up traffic control for this phase of work. Be aware that traffic patterns will shift and will include a northbound lane closure on Cedar Lane and a detour for some side streets. Please see map on the back of this notice. Access to homes/businesses will be available. Any driveways impacted by this work will have a ramp in place for access.
• Beginning as early as July 22, 2026, a single manhole installation will occur in the vicinity of your home/business on Cedar Lane at the intersection of Cedar Lane and Peake Lane. This new manhole will help facilitate the sewer rehabilitation along Peake Lane and Cedar Lane and is part of the larger sanitary sewer pipeline installation along Cedar Lane from this intersection to Greenfield Drive.
• Additional construction notices for this project will be distributed as work progresses.
• This work will take place during the daytime and within the right-of-way. The lane closure will be in place 24 hours a day.
• This work should not affect your water or sewer services.
• This portion of the work is anticipated to be completed in 2 to 3 weeks. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change or be extended.
