Beach Road and Lemaster Avenue Sanitary Sewer Improvements

Body

--Utility Work to Begin--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will continue the sanitary sewer rehabilitation work along Lemaster Avenue from Fox Hill Road to Fort Worth Street, down Fort Worth Street to Harris Creek Road, and continuing down Harris Creek Road to East Little Back River Road. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Construction Update:

  • The contractor will continue to perform sanitary sewer rehabilitation work, including property line clean out replacement, in the vicinity of your home/business.
  • This work will take place during daytime hours and within the right-of-way.
  • Be aware, traffic patterns may shift and include partial lane closures. If periodic lane closures are in effect, it will include flagging operations for motorists.
  • Driveway access may be impacted during some of this work. If access could be impacted, the contractor will notify you in advance to make arrangements.
  • This work should not affect your water or sewer services.
  • The portion of the work is the initial phase of the sanitary sewer rehabilitation, and it is anticipated to be completed in 2 to 3 weeks. As the work progresses, additional notices for the impacted residents/businesses will be distributed. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change.

While our project team works diligently to minimize impacts, you may notice increased noise, traffic, crews, and heavy equipment (with back-up safety alarms) associated with construction. Please take care when traveling around the construction area and for your safety, do not enter the site.
