York County and Hampton Pipe and Valve Installation and Replacement

Body

--Utility Work--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking a project to replace valves and associated piping, near the intersection of Commander Shepard Boulevard and Bellgrade Drive.  This effort will provide HRSD flexibility to make changes to the systems operation during maintenance or emergencies. The work will take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week

Construction Update:

  • Pipe installation work will continue in the vicinity of your home/business.
  • This work will take place predominately during daytime hours, in the right of way, and out of the roadway.
  • This work should not affect your water or sewer services and is weather and situation dependent.
  • The work is being done seven (7) days a week, in an effort to get it completed prior to December 25th. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change.

While our project team works diligently to minimize impacts, you may notice increased noise, traffic, work crews and equipment (with back-up safety alarms) entering and exiting the site associated with this work. Please take care when traveling around the construction area and for your safety, do not enter the site.

Please visit the project’s website page, York County and Hampton Pipe and Valve Installation and Replacement | HRSD.com for updates.

Thank you for your support of this effort to help achieve HRSD's vision:

Our communities will have clean waterways and reliable water resources for generations to come.
