Virtual meeting scheduled via Skype

VIRGINIA BEACH - In adherence with CDC recommendations of social distancing to minimize the spread and exposure to COVID-19, the July HRSD Commission Meeting will be a virtual meeting held via Skype on Tuesday, July 28 at 9:00 a.m.

Commission agendas are posted on www.hrsd.com/commission three business days prior to each scheduled meeting.

The opportunity to observe and/or address this month's meeting through Skype or by phone will be available by reservation on a limited basis. Please email Commission Secretary, Jennifer Cascio at jcascio@hrsd.com for details. Meeting observation requests will be honored on a first come, first served basis and must be received by noon on Monday, July 27, 2020.

The Commission reserves the right to limit comments to three minutes per person.

Where a commenter does not desire to address the Commission during the meeting but still would like to make a comment related to any portion of the agenda or general HRSD operations, comments should be submitted to Jennifer Cascio by email to jcascio@hrsd.com or by phone to 757.460.7003, and must be received by noon on Monday, July 27, 2020. These comments will be read into the record during the July meeting and addressed by the Commission as appropriate.

These restrictions will remain in effect until further notice.
